ideal base for exploring beirut's vibrant landmarks and parks

During my recent stay, I found the staff incredibly warm and welcoming, truly reflecting the spirit of Lebanese hospitality, and I appreciated how conveniently the hotel was situated just a few steps away from the lovely Zaitunay Bay where one can enjoy stunning waterfront views.

The essentials, minus the fluff

An outstanding stay! The staff go above and beyond, especially at guest services. The hotel delivers on luxury, with breathtaking views and exceptional breakfast options. The elegant decor adds to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a blend of comfort and authenticity!

We had a fantastic group vacation at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed exploring the city, visiting the Roman Baths and checking out local nightclubs. The pool was clean and a great place to unwind after a busy day. Note that outdoor areas can be noisy at times, but overall, a great spot for friends to gather.

One downside was that I wasn't informed about a dining credit until after checkout, which was disappointing.

The room was well-appointed, providing a quiet and comfortable retreat for business purposes. Breakfast impressed with a wide variety of options, including a delicious à la carte menu. The hotel also boasts a clean and inviting pool area that enhances the overall experience.

Memorable Family Getaway with Stunning Views

Our family enjoyed a fantastic 5-night stay in a Premium Twin Room with a balcony offering breathtaking marina views. We loved the relaxed atmosphere during breakfast, especially the fresh pastries. Don’t miss the pool area, perfect for an afternoon break after exploring the beautiful city.

I was very disappointed with my stay. Although I was promised a room with a view on a high floor, I arrived to find out they were fully booked. Instead, I was upgraded to a diplomatic room, which was spacious but lacked the view I had specifically requested. It felt like my needs were overlooked, and this left me feeling unsatisfied with my experience.

the intercontinental had excellent breakfast choices, especially the a la carte menu. i loved the clean pool and how conveniently located it was, with taxis easily accessible. don’t miss the beautiful sunsets at pigeon rock nearby!

the main street was very noisy, making outdoor relaxation a bit challenging.

Staying in a Club InterContinental Room revealed exceptional amenities and attentive staff. The breakfast presented a rich variety, including craveable salads, which was a highlight. The room was spacious and offered a stunning marina view. However, the room decor felt slightly dated, and navigating to nearby attractions was a bit challenging due to busy streets. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was enjoyable and the hospitality left a lasting impression.
